Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
| 2 lbs. hash brown potatoes (thawed) |
1/2 cup chopped onion (optional) |
| 1/2 cup margarine (optional) |
1 tsp. salt |
| 1 family size can cream of chicken soup |
1 tsp. pepper |
| 1 8oz. bag casserole cheese |
1 16oz. container of sour cream |
Mix all ingredients and bake uncovered in a 9 x 13 baking dish for 45 minutes at 350o
Top with shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, or french onion rings and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
