We know that the world around us is changing and if we’re going to be a successful propane company we have to change with it. In an effort to stay one step ahead and respond to the concerns of our customers, Litter’s is pleased to announce a new program to offer all our bulk residential customers.
Introducing our new “Vapor Management Program” or “VMP”. In the past, the standard in the propane industry was to fill the propane tank and bill the customer for the delivery. We’re now offering a little twist to that theme, Litter’s now has a program whereby a customer can have a vapor meter hooked up to their propane supply line and only pay for what they’ve used instead of paying for the gas that is delivered to the propane tank. The intent of using the vapor meter is to align the customer’s billing to match their consumption. With the VMP program, every time a propane delivery is made you don’t have to break the piggy bank.
Here are the benefits that you can expect when you sign up for the VMP:
 A larger tank can be installed to give you more storage security and longer periods between fills. Since you’re only paying for the gas going through the meter you no longer have to worry about how many gallons are being delivered.- Your account will be placed on autofill, which means you won’t have to worry about keeping track of how much fuel is in the tank.
- Tank rental is no longer a concern.
- The number of deliveries to your home can be reduced and thereby can cut down on the concerns associated with them.
- You will have an electronic display in your home that will show you how much gas is in the tank and how many cubic feet of propane gas vapor you are using.
- You can still choose between assured and market pricing.
- You will be billed monthly for the propane that goes through the meter.
- You may participate in our budget program.
It’s easy to sign up for the VMP program. Just call one of our courteous staff members and they’ll be happy to assist you. Because of the investment involved, participation in the VMP is limited to a fixed number of customers annually. Take advantage of this program to manage your household cash for the next season.
