Litter Quality Propane wants to know what you know and think about our company. We want to be able to provide our customers the best possible service for all your propane needs and by completing this short survey you can assist us in doing so. It is very important to us to gauge your knowledge of our offered programs and services and to understand how you feel we are doing as a company. Please provide us with your most truthful and honest opinions of our company and in return we will award you TEN DOLLARS in Buffalo Bucks to be used on your next purchase at Litter Quality Propane. Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.

1. Did you know that you can earn monetary rewards for the number of gallons used each year and for loyalty based on your number of years as a LQP customer?

4. Litter Quality Propane spends many advertising dollars each year supporting local schools and 4-H programs. Does this and other support in our service area communities play a role with you when deciding whether to use our company’s services or not?

We strive to provide the most knowledgeable, courteous and respectful conversations with our customers.  During your most recent conversations with our staff were you treated in a customer friendly manner?

6. Over the past heating season propane prices have fluctuated significantly.  With our country’s economic turmoil and so much volatility in the propane market where do you predict the lock-in price for propane will be for the next heating season?

In the natural gas business, customers are charged only for the gas they use each month plus a service fee for the equipment that services their homes.  If you could be charged for only the propane gas you used each month instead of by the delivered tank full would that be an option you would choose?
