Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion (sliced thin)
- 1/2 medium chopped green pepper
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 1/2 cup of precooked rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 8oz. cans of tomato sauce
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard

Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, green peppers, beef & rice. Stir over high heat until browned. Add tomato sauce & other ingredients. Mix well. Bring quickly to a boil. Cover tightly & simmer 25 mins or more. Stir occasionally. |
