Ingredients
- 12 slices white bread
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 10 oz. frozen broccli (thawed & drained)
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Place six bread slices on bottom of 12 x 8" baking dish. Cover with 1 cup shredded cheese, broccli, ham and reamaining slices of bread (cut in half diagonally). Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Blend in milk & mustard. Pour over bread. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake @ 350° for 45 - 50 minutes |
