Ingredients
- 1 20oz. can Dole Pineapple chunks
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup bottled BBQ sauce
- 1 zucchini (cut into slices)
- 1 red or green bell pepper

Drain pineapple chunks. Reserve 2 tbsp. of juice. Stir 2 tbsp. pineapple juice and BBQ sauce. Set aside. Put chicken breast (cut into cubes), red or green pepper (cut into chunks), and zucchini (cut into slices) on skewers. Brush with BBQ sauce.
Grill or broil 10-15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, brushing with sauce. Discard remaining sauce. |
