Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hash brown potatoes (thawed)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
- 1/2 cup margarine (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 family size can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 8oz. bag casserole cheese
- 1 16oz. container of sour cream

Mix all ingredients and bake uncovered in a 9 x 13 baking dish for 45 minutes at 350°.
Top with shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, or french onion rings and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. |
