Aloha Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges (undrained)

Combine ingredients and mix for 3 minutes. Bake in a 9 x 13 greased and floured pan for 25 mins at 350°
Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 large can of crushed pineapple
  • 3 oz. vanilla instant pudding
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip

Stir together and ice cake. You may dress this cake up with coconut, chopped nuts, and maraschino cherries (Optional)
