Our Staff

	Clarence Hixson Clarence has worked for Litter Quality Propane for over ten years. Clarence is a bobtail delivery truck driver who services the Pickaway County area and the communities of Williamsport, Ashville and Circleville to name a few.
	Derrick “Andy” Jones Andy has worked for Litter Quality Propane for over four years. Andy is a very versatile employee who performs three skilled and important positions within the company. From late spring until late fall each year Andy serves as one of our three service technicians. He installs and removes tanks, checks and repairs gas systems and services company equipment. During the heating season Andy drives our Kenworth transport tractor to supply our bulk plants with the propane used for retail sales. Andy also is a bobtail delivery driver and services much of the eastern and northern sections of Ross County.
	Mike Starkey Mike came to Litter Quality Propane from the Kenworth Truck Company a little over two years ago. During the heating season Mike is a bobtail delivery driver who services homes in Jackson, Vinton, Hocking, Ross and Athens counties. During the summer months Mike serves as one of our three service technicians. Mike also spends a lot of time on the yard refurbishing tanks.
	Tim Colburn Tim has been an employee of Litter Quality Propane for over twelve years. Tim is our lead transport driver and spends most of his time in our new 2008 Kenworth T800 Conventional Transport Tractor. Tim’s primary role is to make sure that each day the propane we have purchased is picked up and delivered to our bulk storage facilities to assure that propane is available for delivery to our customers.
	Bill Birchfield Bill is the newest member to the Litter Quality Propane delivery department team starting with us about a year and a half ago. Bill is a bobtail delivery driver and delivers to homes in some to the most difficult terrain in our service area. Bill’s areas of service include Fairfield, Hocking, Franklin, Perry and Ross counties. Bill is very mechanically inclined and is training as one of our future service technicians.
	Rick Turner Rick has been with Litter Quality Propane for over seventeen years making him the most tenured employee in the delivery department. Rick leads our team of technicians as he is highly trained and certified but more importantly has many years of experience in the propane industry. Rick has set tanks, installed new services and repaired operational malfunctions in all the counties we service.
	Jim Harris Jim has been an employee of Litter Quality Propane for over thirteen years and serves as the manager for both the service and delivery departments. Jim is responsible for scheduling all service related work and propane deliveries. Jim is highly trained and certified and oversees all safety related issues. Jim works with many of our industrial customers in training their employees in the correct procedures for filling propane storage tanks.
	Mike Setty Mike has been with Litter Quality Propane for over three and a half years. Mike is a delivery driver who drives every type of delivery truck used by the company. Mike’s primary responsibility is to our cylinder customers. On his cylinder delivery truck Mike delivers one hundred pound cylinders, thirty three pound forklift truck cylinders and twenty pound cylinders. Mike also supports bobtail delivery when things get hectic by driving a bobtail for residential deliveries. He also drives the Kenworth transport to supply our bulk plants with the fuel they require for customer deliveries.
	Nate Adams Mr. Nate Adams has changed positions with the company in recent months moving from our delivery department as a bobtail drive to our sales department as a sales associate.  Nate has always enjoyed interacting with our customers and looks forward to working with our existing customers and bringing many new customers to Litter Quality Propane. Nate is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the propane industry and knows how to talk the language of the propane industry.  Give Nate a call today to discuss any and all your propane needs.
	Angie Hart Angie has been with Litter Quality Propane for just over six years and has held three different positions in the office over her tenure. She has recently taken the position of Credit and Accounts Receivable Manager and is responsible for all issues concerning budgets, credit approval and denials, state and federal HEAP and payment questions. Angie is very intelligent and has a great working knowledge of the propane business.
	Juanita Wolenberg Juanita has been with Litter Quality Propane for over FORTY ONE YEARS! Needless to say Juanita has seen just about all there is to see in the propane business. She has held most of the positions in the office and today enjoys her position in charge of all data entry. Juanita still likes to take customer calls as many of our long time customers ask for her by name.
	John Rowland John is the newest member of the Litter Quality Propane team starting here in November 2008. John, however, is not new to the Litter family of companies coming to propane from Classic Brands where he held the position of area manager. His responsibilities here at Litter Quality Propane entail oversight of the sales and marketing strategies of the company. John develops and maintains the budgets for sales, marketing and advertising and directs the sales staff. John’s outside interests include coaching baseball and basketball, golfing, playing the guitar and his membership in the Chillicothe Elks Lodge.
	Miranda Colburn Miranda Colburn is the newest addition to the Litter Quality Propane Team, joining us for the 2009-2010 heating season. She has over five years of customer service experience and is a very friendly and outgoing person. As the receptionist, her responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting our customers in the office as well as at our drive up window, accepting payments, helping customers set up new accounts , processing mail, and most importantly doing whatever she can to assist our customers.
	Heidi Cunningham Heidi has been with the company a total of three years with a short break to ply her skills at both Alcoa and the Dave Strickland Insurance Agency. Heidi’s responsibilities are many but primarily involve; dispatching the service and bobtail delivery vehicles, scheduling the transport deliveries for both our bulk plants and customer deliveries and is responsible for managing the office. Heidi knows the propane business inside and out and is comfortable rectifying a service issue or a billing question at any level.
	Brad Cosenza Brad has been with Litter Quality Propane for just over a year and a half. For sixteen years prior to coming to Litter Brad served as the City of Chillicothe’s Parks and Recreation Director. As general manager of the company Brad is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the company and reports to the owners. Brad has two daughters Katelyn and Allison and lives in Chillicothe.
